With the creativity spilling over into the kitchen, I bake, design and hand decorate each yummy treats which are perfect for any occasion, whether it be a coffee morning, tea party, weddings, to share with family and friends or a special treat just for you! All my delicious homemade baked goods are baked freshly in my purpose build Bakery studio in the heart of Kent.

I’ve always loved making cakes for my family and friends, and now im turning my hobby and passion into my profession, but having a surname to match (Baker) is purely coincidence, I guess you could say I found the right man. Being the eldest of five children there’s always been willing volunteers to sample my baked treats, so I can ensure my cakes, cupcakes and baked treats look as good as they taste! My scrumptious bespoke creations are freshly baked, and individually custom designed and decorated by myself, in my purpose built kitchen. I take great pride in creating something truly spectacular for your special occasion, birthdays, wedding or milestone, all my cakes are as unique as your event.

Cupcakes make the perfect sweet treat at any event and are individual portioned ready for sharing. The designs available can be simple and elegant to extravagant and colourful, the only limitations is your imagination. I bake all my cupackes and cakes to order and do not freeze them, they are hand decorated and iced in my purpose built 5 star rated Bakery Studio in Kent.

Baked Treats – Scandinavian Inspired

As a business i’m often asked how are you different to all those bakers out there and i’m always striving to try an offer something different.
I have a family heritage in Norway and have spent much of my childhood there and many family holidays, I still have most of my family there and also got married there. I love using influence and tastes from Norway and am proud to offer a range of Scandinavian Norwegian inspired sweet treats. So why not try something different and try ‘my little taste of Norway’.

Norwegian Biscuits
I use family recipe passed down five generations, and make them all by hand. I have designed and branded all the baked treats in air tight packaging which keeps them fresh for over 4 weeks, but a warning if you open them they wont last long as they are very moorish. There are seven biscuits in the set and range from light and crunchy, to chewy and sweet perfect to drip in a hot drink, they come in a range of bag sizes and are perfect as a gift or sweet treat for you to enjoy or share!

Celebration Bakes
Norwegian Kranskake Tower
Kransekake (literally wreath cake) is a traditional Norwegian dessert, usually eaten on special occasions such as weddings, christenings, Christmas, or New Year’s Eve. Kransekake is an almonds based series of concentric rings of cake, layered on top of each other in order to form a steep-sloped cone shape and is hard to the touch, yet soft and chewy. Plus its Gluten free! i also do this delicious treat in my bagged biscuit range in bit size Kranskake fingers and in 4 ring mini towers.
Sweet Norwegian Waffles
Using a inherited family recipe and traditional waffle press I create beautiful heart shaped fluffy sweet waffles which are delicious with just jam or cream, but are so versatile that they work with most toppings like chocolate, Greek yogurt or eaten just as they are! Im often asked what they are like and they are best described as similar to a pancake in flavours but are thinker but are soft unlike Belgium waffles and can be enjoyed hot or cold. They make a great alternative to pancakes on your wedding day and look great stacked up in a tower, ready for enjoying!

Most of our orders are completely bespoke so the only limitation is our imagination. Please feel free to get in touch to discus your ideas or if you have an event you’d like a cake for but need something different and don’t know what you’d like, I can help, this is what I pride myself on and believe makes me slightly different to other cake designer, I design to order and I love a new challenge or theme which allows me to use my creativity to create you something amazing for you.
– FLAVOURS –
I try to help keep things simple and have found that out soft vanilla sponge with buttercream and jam, our scrumptious double chocolate sponge and zesty fresh lemon cake sponge are the most popular but we can do other flavours if you have something specific in mind please get in contact to discuss your ideas.
– DIETARY NEEDS –
I am always looking to develop specialist produce which cater for all dietary requirements and we can offer gluten free as well as a vegan friendly option, please get in contact if you need more information or to see if we can facilitate your requirements.
– ORDERING & PRICING –
All our cakes are made freshly to order; therefore I calculate our prices based on the time it takes to produce your specific order. There are many things, which affect your order cost, how many flavours do you require? How many portions do you need? And what kind of decoration you’d like. As our cakes are all individual I quote per job but our most popular single tiered cake size starts £35 as a guide.
All our cupcakes are made freshly to order and come in a minimum of x12, I also quote per specific job but as a guide these start from £15 per box of x12.
I offer a personalised bespoke service to meet your individual requirements so no two orders are exactly the same, this is often considered more expensive but this isn’t always the case, if you have a budget in mind i am more than happy to advise on what might be possible for this budget. Why not get in contact to discuss your thoughts and ideas, I always provide quotes before confirming orders so you’ll know all the costs up front when making your decision.

– BOOKING –
We recommend booking in your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, as I do get busy during certain months. We’d like as much lead-time as possible…but if you have a short notice order, ask us, and we’ll try to get it done for you! If possible,
we ask for a minimum of 3 months for wedding cake orders.
– DELIVERY –
I offer a 5-mile free delivery from Staplehurst TN12, to ensure that your cupcakes arrives safely all orders are hand delivered, therefore there are certain times when we are unable to deliver due to demand. We do cover Folkestone, Dover, Maidstone and Ashford areas also, please note that deliveries are subject to an additional charge depending on location, so please mention your location when ordering or prior ordering to discus additional delivery information.

I offer a bespoke personalised design and make service for all types of wedding stationery, from invitations to table plans and thumb print trees. My beautiful creations are printed in the UK with a choose of stunning textured papers and hand finished in our purpose built studio in Kent.
